Mind over matter

Workout:  3 mile run with Anda and SB

Today I just couldn't get my mind over the matter of the heat, tired legs and a just overall sense of "running stinks".  I wasn't enjoying running today.  We even ran for ice cream which was a nice treat but it didn't feel so good on the way there.  The way back was a little better but I still didn't feel right.

We were trying to figure out what might be the cause and thought it was probably due to my diet for the past two and a half weeks.  I really wasn't eating well while the husband was gone.  In fact, I didn't have any red meat the entire time.   I'm use to eating red meat at least two to three times a week when the husband is here.  Silly me didn't take my vitamins or iron tablets during that time either.  So I caused my own running "aches-n-pains".  Now, I'm trying to focus on getting my diet back on track starting tomorrow (since I had pizza tonight).  I will be working for a more balanced meal and not just eggs, pizza or chicken.    Lots more veggies in my future.  I can't wait till I can get my garden planted so I can have fresh veggies whenever I want.

I think another problem I was facing today was dehydration. With the hot weather I really need to be drinking a lot more before I go out for my afternoon run. I haven't increased my fluid intake during the school day (because it is like the antarctic in my building).    You don't realize how important being hydrated is until you are just drained and left with a headache that won't go away.

So, lessons learned once again.  You'd think after years of running I'd have this all figured out.  But running and life in general is a continuous learning process at least for me - a life long learner.

What lessons have you learned this week?

Summer Weather

Workout:  3.8 mile run in 32 mins with Dad and SB

This weather is crazy.  It rains for five days straight then we get one beautiful day and then more rain to come.  It was really nice today, but really warm on the run.  I wasn't feeling the best....it was kindaof a stinky run for me.  Why?  I'm not so sure.  My tooth was bugging me, my legs were heavy and I was hot and probably just didn't have my "head in the run".

The Husband is finally home!  I picked him up last night.  That was one long trip and I am glad he is home and not scheduled to leave again anytime soon.    He had the day off today and putzed around getting a ton of things done including mowing the grass again. It was so nice to come home and have everything done and not have to rush around like a chicken with my head cut off.  What a nice relaxing evening!  I love my husband!

Tomorrow I plan on doing some cross training when I get home and spend some time stretching out.  The back of my legs are really tight and could use some yoga or pilates.   Friday will be a family run and then I am really going to try to get a weekend run in.  I need to start programing my body and mind for the training plan to come.

Thank you for your thoughts and kind words on my training plan!!!   I am excited to get started on it as soon as school is out.  Only 9 more school days!!

Summer Training/Race Schedule

WOW!!!  I took some time last night and today putting together my summer training and race schedule.  YIKES!!  I didn't realize it has so quickly filled up.  But before I get to that a little look back...

I've done a few half marathons over the last 6 years, I think ten or more, but I can't remember.  Up until last year I always came in right around the 2 hour mark. Last summer I found a training plan on LogYourRun and used that to try to beat my time and come in under 1:50 mins.  The plan I randomly picked was intense, had lots of long runs and lots of miles but it was good for me.  I didn't follow it exactly but I did try to stick to it as much as possible.  I hadn't realized how helpful a training plan was until I was almost done with the plan.  I found that it was pushing me and definintely was helping my speed and conditioning.  The day of the half marathon it was a complete downpour but we decided to run it anyway since we trained so hard for it.  I beat my goal and came in at 1:48 which confirmed to me that training plans do work.

Last night I did some searching for a training plan that might help me get in the 1:40-1:45 range for the half marathons I have scheduled this summer. I tried to find the one I used last summer but wasn't able to pull it up.  So I spent quite a bit of time pulling up plans in LogYourRun and through internet searches.  I came across this one and decided to go with that as my base plan and adjust to fit my schedule and summer races.  The little description for the plan stated:
Short Training Schedules for Runners experienced in the Half, 10k & 5k

17-week Half Marathon Schedule for a 1:45 - 2-hour finish time. Use this schedule if running 22-30km (13-18 miles) per week by week 1. Includes a speed workout each week.
So once I got the information plugged into an excel spreadsheet I started adding some of the races I knew where in the area and that we've done in the past.  Once I added the races I adjusted my cross training, rest days and long runs to fit.  Here's what I came up with:

YIKES!!!  I don't know if I will do all those 5k's but I pencilled them in for now.  For some of those races, I will probably do the race and then go back and do more miles to make it my long run.  One nice thing about plans is that they are just that plans and plans can change.  This just helps me keep focused on what I can do to reach the goal I have set for myself.

So what do you think?   Overzealous?  Do's /don'ts from your own experience?  What kind of training plans have you used for half marathons?  I'd love some feedback.

Only one more Monday

So glad I got my next to last Monday for the 2010-2011 school year done and over with.  Just 9 more "teaching" days, then finals, clerical day and the last day!!!!  Woo-hoo!

I've really been stinking at running and working out.  I think I've given up for now.  I'm just trying to take it easy, keep some of my running miles and muscles in shape until school is out.  On June 13, I will start my training plan for numerous 5k, 10ks and two half marathons.  I am searching and setting up my plan tonight.  It looks like I will have about 10 weeks for the first half marathon and then another four weeks till the 2nd half. Once I have a plan I will be sure to share and get some feedback.

Even if I didn't do a real workout this Saturday and Sunday, I certainly got in a great upper body work.  I can feel my little arm muscles growing from all the lifting, hauling, pushing and weedwacking.  That's the nice things with summer work I don't have to lift weights to get my arms and shoulders nice and toned.   The back of my legs are feeling it too from all the squats to pick up rocks and then pushing the wheelbarrow out of the muddy swamp I call a garden and down to the driveway.   So overall I still feel like I worked those muscles even I didn't put running miles on my legs.

Nice job to so many of the racers this past weekend.  I've been impressed reading all the race recaps, times and places!!!

To-do list Ta-done!

Thanks to my fabulous, fantastic, wonderful, tremendous, and super helpful sister and future brother in law, I was able to get the jungle mowed and weedwacked. We split up...Adam used the riding lawnmower, Anda used the push mower and I did the weedwacking.   My yard finally looks normal again, at least for a day or two.  They made me a fabulous lunch/dinner and then we headed back out to the garage to plane the boards for our fence.  They helped me get things started and got the first 24 boards done.  I worked then after they left until 7:30 and finished the remaining 36 boards.  It has been an exhausting day but I am so thankful those things are done.  My neck and arms are aching along my poor little feet.  I can barely keep my eyes open so it is time to call it a night.

Hope everyone had a great day!

Ready for that Weekend

It's been a crazy week and I am really ready for the weekend.  I need some time at home, when it isn't raining, to get tons of things done and begin to feel caught up on the stuff here.  We have some issues going on in my neck of the woods which is really nerve racking, and headache inducing.  It's been crazy and I don't know how things are all going to work out which is what drives me nuts.  I like to be in control, have a plan and at least have a slight inclination of what's going to happen.  With this particular issue, I have no idea and neither does anyone else.

I have really been slacking on the running and working out.  It is tough to motivate myself to get out there and run in the rain.  And even tougher to work out to DVD's in a house with six dogs trying to use pent up energy.  I should be able to get a family fun run in after school tomorrow though and lots of exercising on Saturday if it is dry enough to take care of everything.

Alright enough already, I keep talking about the same things.  I can't wait for life to return to normal and I actually have some jubilee to share about life, love and running.  Only five more days till the husband comes home!

Exhausted...mentally and physically

Workout:  3.0 mile run with Dad

The title just sums it all up.  I am exhausted.  I have had so much going on and so much on my plate with the husband being away.  With school and everything here at home I am having trouble keeping up.   Sometimes I don't know which way is up...

I've been getting sleep, but haven't been eating the best, so I am feeling really run down.  I haven't been running or working out as much because I've been doing outside work, that is in itself a workout.  I have a list a mile long of things to get done here, but can't get most of it crossed off because all it is doing is raining, raining and raining.  I really wish it would stop raining and dry out so I can get the jungle...aka the lawn mowed, lime and fertilize the garden, rotitille the garden, weedwack, plane boards for the fence and oh so much more.  However, even with the rain and wet ground I am still running around doing hundreds of other things...somehow, something always comes up and fills my evening.  I'm lucky if I can get to sit down by 8 pm and once I do sit down I wish I could just do this....

But end up doing school work until 10....ok till 9:30, then I let myself check email and blogs.  However, now that those things are all done it is time to mimic my doggies, sprawal out and go to sleep so I can do it all again tomorrow.

Nite nite, thanks for letting me vent!!!

May Day 10K Race Recap

Today was one of my favorite 10K's in the area.  The course is an out and back, flat course.  There were probably close to 250 people with 5k Walkers, 5k Runners and 10k Runners.  It was very overcast, dreary and cool 58 degrees with a light drizzle.

The race started right on time at 9 am.  10k'ers started first and head out the stretch of road which still had some car traffic on it and then we headed down to the bike path.  I felt really good starting out.  I had my garmin and music so I was able to set a good pace.  There was a group of about seven girls ahead of me, with SB somewhere in that group.  I kept my eyes on them and just focused on closing the gap.  I was able to get around most of them before the halfway point.

When I got to the turnaround I was able to see that there was just one girl between me and SB.  So I just set into a grove behind that girl and started to chant one of the sayings on the back of someone's shirt.  It said Fight It, Believe It, Win It.    I think that got me through miles 4.5 to 5.5.  After that I was able to pick it up a little bit.  I never was able to catch up to SB but did finish in 48:14.  I don't have my time for last year, I think it was in 49 mins.  The year before I had a 48:43 so overall I accomplished my goal of doing better than last year and even the previous year too.

My dad finished around 51 and my sister Anda finished in 55.  My baby sis, Rob did the 5k in 25 mins.  SB got second in her age group(5th girl overall), I got third in my age group (6th girl overall) and Dad got third in his age group as well.

We had fun waiting around for results and then did some puddle stompin with the niece on the way to the car.

An excellent day for a race with my family even in the dreary weather!!!

Easy Run

Thursday's Workout:  3.65 in 30 mins with Dad and SB
Friday's Workout:  2.2 easy ice cream run

Today we had an easy run.  My favorite kind.  Not just because it is easy but because we:

Me and my lil sis, Anda.

...run to get ice cream!!!  We run about 1.4 down to our favorite little ice cream place, spend about 5 minutes trying to figure out what to get and then walking at least a .5 mile before we resume a slow jog.    Yummy, yummy, yummy in my tummy!  I was able to make a quick decision today they had Creamsicle and it was wonderful.  I almost stopped to get a whole container of it before I came home.

Tomorrow is the 10k race.  I haven't done more that 5 miles in a long time, so we will see how it goes.  It is a nice course when the sun isn't baking you to bits and luckily tomorrow the sun is suppose to be hidden by big ol storm clouds and raindrops.  It should be interesting!  I'll post tomorrow with a race recap.  I'm not expecting a PR, just hoping to finish close to last years time.

Green Feet

Workout:  4.0 mile run in 34:43 (8:37 pace) with SB, 10 mins stretching

What a nice day!  School was pretty good.  The usual ups and downs for a day in May.  I had trouble resisting the pleas to go outside with my Accounting students but I know they and I wouldn't want to do any work once we got outside.

I got a run in right after school with SB

We met down at the local River Walk to enjoy the sunshine and get in a nice four mile run.  My legs were really tired the first two miles.  I felt like I was carrying cinder blocks around my ankles.  When we headed back I finally loosened up a bit but still felt "heavy".  I hope I run the heaviness out of my legs before Saturday's race. We had a good chance to chat, catch up and talk about all the blogs we've been visiting.

When I got home I worked on cutting down the grass jungle.  I started out on the riding lawnmower but it was making a horrible screech so I put it away and got out my push mower.  Took me about an hour and a half and I got the main yard taken care of.  So I got in at least another .5 mile, some upper body work pushing that thing around and lovely green feet.  Someday I will learn not to mow grass in sandals! :)

It made for a long day but I enjoyed all the sunshine and time outdoors.  Oh and I had my favoritest casserole for dinner so all in all a wonderful day!

Loving this Weather

Workout:  20 min walk and 10 mins stretching

The weather is gorgeous!  I love it.  Beautiful temps, no rain, sunshine and best of all, at night, little peepers and crickets!  The sounds of spring and summer are here.  I didn't get a run in today, but hopefully I can enjoy the beautiful weather tomorrow on an afternoon run.

Nothing too exciting to share today.  I got myself and my doggies around this morning and got out the door in time.  Cowboy is the one that gets us all ready in the morning.  He takes care of the doggies, gets my lunched packed and even pulls my car up to the door.  So when I am left to fend for myself it is a little crazy.  However, I was able to get up a little early and got everything done with a few minutes to spare.  Now the challenge will be to see if we can do it again tomorrow.

More alone time

Workout:  30 mins Yoga, 20 mins walk, 10 mins stretching

This time I will have more alone time that I bargained for.  Cowboy has gotten called away to fight a forest fire and may be gone for up to 18 days.  I was just saying on Friday that I enjoyed the hunting weekends to get some alone time, but I have a feeling by about day 5 of this trip I will be more than ready for Cowboy to get home.  Who am I kidding, I'm ready for him to come home tomorrow.  I spent many years as a single girl and was quite good at spending time by myself but since I've met and married Cowboy I have gotten quite accustomed to having him around.  This will be the first time he's been gone for longer than 3 days and left me with six dogs.  I think I will have my hands full!

I wouldn't let myself write my blog until I got my workout and stretching in.  I love the Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown DVD.  The level two workout is my favorite.  It isn't the traditional yoga, she calls it a hybrid yoga and has you do the poses in reps and then hold the pose.  I feel so good when I get done.   It is by far my favorite workout.
If you are looking for a good DVD workout that isn't crazy with cardio and weights but still a great, leave you sweating and having little feel good muscle quakes this is a good one.   I know SB from Running is a Life just picked it up on sale at Amazon.com.

One thing I hate about being alone is cooking for myself.  I hate going through the effort of cooking for just one so my meals tend to be a little skimpy.  Since I didn't have much lunch today though I tried to cook a good meal.  I just tossed a few things together but it turned out really well.  I made a little Dried Tomato and Garlic Pesto from Tastefully Simple and put that on top of chicken and cheese tortellini.  It was delicious!  I bought a rotisserie chicken from Sam's club and figure that will be most of meals for the week.  Chicken sandwiches for lunch, chicken salad, and my favorite leftover chicken casserole.  Anyone else have some good chicken recipes or casseroles?

I just heard from the husband and he might not be gone as long as the usual 18 day trips which is good!! But we will have to wait and see.

I almost forgot go check out HungryRunnerGirl's newest giveway.  She is giving away a new pair of New Balance Minimus shoes.  They look so neat.  I think I would like to give them a try at least for hiking with the puppies on the trails or for everyday comfy use.

Workouts while doing the little things.

Workout:  2 hour walk/hike with Cabella and Macy
20 min walk with Doggies

As I was getting ready to my post this morning I was thinking back to yesterday and originally thought I didn't get a workout in yesterday.  However, there was a "workout" in a lot of what I did yesterday, even if it wasn't full out cardio and strength training.

From trotting clothes back and forth to the clothes line, walking the dgos around the property, and taking the little beagles to the Club to chase rabbits I did get some exercising in.  I think I got about three loads of laundry done before 8 am and hung out on the line.  I then too Cabella and Macy over to the club and I hiked around club as they chased rabbits in circles.  It warmed up pretty quickly yesterday morning before the storms came through and was beautiful out.  On the hike I would take little breaks and do some simple stretching as I waited for the girls to run a rabbit by me.    It felt good to enjoy a quiet morning.

Before I started my list of afternoon appointments, I left the rest of the doggies out and walked with them around our property for a while.  I had to head into town at noon though, so their "free time" was cut short.  I had my laptop checked out and have come to the conclusion I just need to buy a new one rather than spend $300.00 or more to fix it. UGH

Yesterday was my goddaughters dance recital so I went and helped get her ready and into her beautiful costume before the show.  She did a beautiful job in the Sugar and Spice tap routine.  All the groups were absolutely adorable but B's group was the best of course.  We walked back to their house after the recital before I made my way back to my own home for the evening.

All in all a very productive Saturday.  It was nice to just make my way through the day on my own schedule and agenda and not have to worry about what Cowboy was up to, or what he wanted to do.  I enjoy days where I can just do my thing.  Speaking up that, I better get busy and enjoy my "free day" before the husband gets home from his hunting trip.

A Hunter's Wife

Workout - Run: 4.98 miles in 45 minutes with Dad, Anda, and SB.
Walk:  20 mins with puppies.  Stretching: 10 mins

Being a hunter's wife takes some getting use to.  But one thing I've learned to enjoy is the occasional weekend hunting trips.  This hunting trip is a turkey hunting and fishing trip combined.  He left today for his trip and will be back on Sunday.  I miss having him here but boy do I get ALOT done when he isn't here. I enjoy the quiet time to do MY thing.  These hunting trips give me the time to regroup and focus on me for a little bit (which I often forget to do).  At the same time it gives me the opportunity to appreciate my husband and all he does.  I am reminded  just how much I love him, how much he means to me, and why I couldn't live without him.  Ok, enough of being sappy...time to talk about running.

After school I got in my 5 mile Family Run with my Dad, Lil Sis and SIL.  We had a great run.  I am finally starting to get use to the warmer weather and not fighting every step with excuses about being hot and not being able to breathe.    I really want to try to get in a run this weekend.  I am so used to running with my family that I struggle going on runs by myself at first.  I hope to get a run in to make sure I stretch out from today's run.  Next week then I will plan some easy runs and a 5.5 mile run before Saturday's May Day.

Julia's blog and also Heather's blog both talked about stretching this week.  I often forget to do the stretching part of working out and running.  I don't think about it until the next day when I can't touch my toes.  It really is important and can help prevent a lot of other injuries.  I know that the IT band and knee aches and pains that I have could lessen with stretching so why don't I do more of it??

So I am going to try to set a my new goal for the month of May.  My goal is to take 10 mins each day to do some basic stretches.  I know I felt a difference in my running when I was doing the Pilates and Yoga on a regular basis so I am going to also try to plan at least a 20 min Yoga and Pilates workout twice a week.  Now that I am putting it out there, maybe I will feel more accountable to getting it done.

Does Sprinting Count?

Is it considered a workout if I sprint around the yard with the dogs (in my crocs, not sneakers) for 20 mins???    If so than I worked out!!  I much prefer long runs to sprinting.  The dogs were kicking my butt!  Plus along with the sprinting I was also jumping over wayward puppies that like to run in front of you instead of beside you.

Even if the workout didn't help me much it did tucker out the pups!  So I consider that a success!

If you are a fan of puppies and enjoy puppy pictures go check out That Lynn Girl's post today.  She is a fantastic photographer and her pictures today just had me in a fit of giggles.

Running really does clear the mind.

Today's Workout:  3.6 miles in 31 mins with Dad and SB.
Yesterday's Workout:  4.3 miles in 37 mins with Dad.

I felt pretty good yesterday.  A little frustrated with  my students but that is to be expected in May.  I got a good run in with my Dad before the rain hit.  It was a lot warmer than I thought it would be but actually had a really good run.  I always struggle in the beginning of spring/summer getting use to the weather change.  Hopefully my body is getting use to things.

We did a loop around a local park and then ran out and back half of the bike path.  We kept a really good pace even though Dad was coughing up a lung must of the run.  My knees and IT band felt the best they have in a long time.  Can compression capris help with IT band and knee issues??  I just got them and seem to feel a difference when I wear them.

When I got home from the run though the grumpy pants must have found me.  I was quite crabby and couldn't shake it.  This morning I woke up and was still crabby.  Somehow I managed through the day without screaming at a student.  By 3 pm I was really looking forward to my run to attempt run the crabbiness out of me.

Since I teach in a classroom with no windows I had no idea what it was like today.  It was quite chilly today  but once I got moving I warmed up quickly.  Dad, SB and I met down at the local college and ran around campus.  It was windy today, but the campus buildings broke things up and we didn't really notice it until the end.  The pace wasn't as fast as yesterday but I felt good again.   We had great conversations going the whole run which made it go by fast.  My Dad had me laughing pretty good at his story about a scary jellybean.

I think the run helped.  I felt much less crabbier when I got home.  I attempted to make homemade pizza tonight for the first time.  I started at 5:30 and didn't get to eat the pizza until 7:45.  I don't think it is suppose to take two hours.  And if it does take that long I should have fluffy delicious pizza crust not the flat, hard, rock like crust we ate.  I think the yeast with an expiration date of 5/5/2011 might have expired a while ago.

One of these days I will tackle these troubles I have with making breads and pizza crusts that actually rise.  Anyone have good pizza crust recipes to share???

Good Morning Sunshine....

oh wait ----there is no sunshine.  RAIN, RAIN, RAIN once again.  It is very dreary in my neck of the woods which makes it really hard to want to get moving.  I would much rather be cuddled under my blankets than go deal with high school and middle school students who have started to shut down their little brains.

But alas, someone's got to make the donuts around here so off to work I go.  I have to drop off my computer to get fixed after school and then get a run in with my dad.  I have a 10k next weekend so I better get some miles under my belt.  I really need to step up the miles this week and hopefully get in at least a five-miler before the May Day race.

Have a great day!

Workout Blues

Another Monday wrapped up, thank goodness.  I have been having a bit of the workout blues this past week.  I have still been getting in a few runs with my dad, sister and SIL.  BUT I haven't done any other cross training.  I was doing really good there with the Jillian Michaels: 6 pack, Ripped and Yoga Meltdown and the 10 Min Pilates for a straight 10 weeks.  I usually got in at least three workouts a week.  This past week though I just couldn't convince myself to do them since it's been nice out.  I'd much rather be outside working in the flowerbeds or playing with the doggies.

I am looking forward to finishing up the school year so I can get into a routine and focus on not only cross training but also training for two half marathons. I  am planning on doing a half in August before school starts up again and a second one the week after my little Sister's wedding in September.    I guess rather than typing up my frustrations about not cross training I should just go get a quick workout in.  Time to put in the crab cakes and scallops into the oven and spend at least 10 mins doing some Pilates.

I hope everyone else is having better luck at motivating themselves to workout.  Enjoy your day!

PS All the visitors from Skinny Runner's site, thanks for stopping by and visiting!!  Please check out my blog.  I just entered the blogging world back in January and am slowly getting the hang of things.  I don't have anything too exciting to post about, but enjoy typing up my random thoughts about life, my doggies and of course running and working out.  I know many of you struggle with the same running and workout challenges that I do.  I enjoy reading your blogs and hope that you can enjoy reading mine as well.  Please say hi and if you so choose become a follower!  I'd love to see the numbers in my followers list increase a little. :)

Here I am....

I wasn't lost, I just left the blogging world for a little bit.  I've been busy with a lot of things and have tried to cut down some of my computer time since there is just so much to get done right now.  But I thought I would give an update on my weekend and share some pictures.

Friday night was a quiet night with the husband and doggies.  We messed around outside getting things done and then took some time to relax.  On Saturday we were up and running with a list a mile long.  I wanted to tackle my doggie printed floors and try to spiff them up a bit along with cleaning the rest of the house too.  Cowboy was outside spiffing up my garden.  He was finally able to get it plowed even though it was still soggy in some areas.

All plowed!!!  Now we just need to harrow it and then I'm ready to plant!

There is lot's to plant!!

My summer "job" will be starting before I know it.  I spend a lot of time in the garden during the early summer months and then a lot of time in the kitchen in August getting it all canned or frozen. It so worth all the hard work though.  I love eating our own produce through the year.

After our morning work, we took Cabella over to the club to chase some rabbits around and then came home in time to take the other dogs out to chase around some raccoons.  Needless to say it was a long day.  We were up at 6:30 and didn't make it into bed until after 12:30.

This morning we had a nice breakfast together before spliting up to get more things done.  I worked on school work while Cowboy did some more plowing.  We took a trip to Lowes and stocked up on some supplies.  I got mulch so that I could work on my flowerbeds.  Cowboy got cement so he can work on the dog kennel floors.   We also got the grass cut again before the rain started to fall.  My flower beds are finally starting to look good.  Now I need to find some annuals to plant here in the next few weeks to add color before some of my other flowers bloom.

This flower bed had rocks around it earlier today, but I was tired of weedwacking around the rocks so I added black edging.  So much easier to mow now!

So today was a busy day as well.  I think I need a weekend to rest up from my weekend.  Oh - I got quite a few pictures of the doggies this weekend too.  My puppies are growing like little weeds.  They love to play outside and are now starting to get used to posing for the camera too.

Charisma Jane - 19 weeks

Charisma and Macy - starting to really use their noses.

Bestest Friends - They are only 10 days apart.  We've had them both since they were 8 weeks old.

Charima - she is an American Leopard Hound.

Love these little stinkers.
Here's a few pictures of the big dogs too, so that they don't feel left out.

Bandit - He is a Black and Tan Coonhound.

Copper and Bandit taking a nap together.

This is Jubilee's favorite spot on the weekends.

Copper doesn't usually let the puppies snuggle with him.  But he did this day.
 Oh I missed one....

I can't believe I didn't take any new pictures of Cabella this weekend.  This is from a few weeks ago.
Whew!  Hope you enjoyed all the crazy photos  Have a great week!
