Workout: 4 mile run in 34:36 with Copper
I can't believe I started this blogging journey in January and have made it to my 100th post already!! Thank you to all my followers. You guys keep me accountable to not only training, but to write and encourage others on our various journies - whether it be running, working out, eating right, etc. I look forward to reading your blogs and reading your comments. I've really enjoyed blogging more than I thought I would. It has helped me to release pent up thoughts, emotions and feelings that I know others are going through as well. It is a great place to connect and realize I'm not alone. So thank you. Thank you for your support, encouragement, and for sharing part of your life story with me.
Today I got in a 4 mile run before it rained. Felt pretty good other than the VERY VERY itch foot. This bee sting is still sore but the worst of it is that it is just itchy. Especially itchy once my feet started getting warm. Now I have to get some stretching in before tomorrow's planned 7 milers and a summer fun- day with my goddaughter.
Yesterday morning I finally got some good pictures of the little girls who aren't so little anymore.
| Charisma is a 7 month old leopard hound. |
| Macy is a 7 1/2 month old beagle. |
They grow up so fast! Hope you enjoy your day! We are going out to enjoy the sunshine without the humidity!!
QOTD: How long have you been blogging for? I started blogging regularly back in January so seven months for me.

CONGRATS on your 100th post. I have loved following your blog, learning more about you and following your training. your blog is one of the ones that I get most excited to check when there is a new post :) So I look froward to reading many more.
I started my blog last November but did not start posting regularly until January.
Awesome job on your run today. I hope your foot continues to heal so that you can have a great run tomorrow as well!
